School of Agricultural Vocational
Program Overview
The School of Agricultural Vocational Education and Training The School of Agricultural Vocational Education and Training is a division of the Kampong Cham National Institute of Agriculture. It began training agricultural technicians based on labor market demands in the agricultural sector from 2019 to the present.
The School of Agricultural Vocational Education and Training is a vital component and the backbone of the Kampong Cham National Institute of Agriculture. This school creates an active workforce to serve agricultural production work in the fields, at farms, enterprises, and companies that are currently operating or establishing new agribusinesses.
Vision: To become a leading agricultural technical training center in education, training, and the dissemination of agricultural techniques that meet national and international standards.
Mission: To prioritize the training of agricultural technicians at the vocational training level and the technical associate degree level in accordance with the national and international qualifications framework.
The School of Agricultural Vocational Education and Training is an institution with capable human resources who possess talent in teaching, leading practical implementation, researching new discoveries, and providing quality support services to students and the community.
Currently, the School of Agricultural Vocational Education and Training operates under cooperation with the General Directorate of Agriculture, the Department of Animal Production and Health, the Fisheries Administration, and Non-Governmental Organizations, as well as many international educational and research institutions such as KOICA, KNU, ERICON, and DTRA.
To support theoretical teaching and practical application, the school is equipped with classrooms for students, meeting rooms, modern office facilities, and teachers’ rooms. It also features a vegetable oil laboratory, an animal science and clinic laboratory, a fisheries bio-ecology laboratory, and a water quality analysis room.
